Medical evaluation for any health concern, including physicals, follow up, medication management, referrals and treatment plans.

Medical Clearance $300
We provide pre op physical exams, EKGs, diagnostic imaging and required lab work to ensure you are medically cleared for your procedure. Lab testing is completed through Quest Diagnostics, where you may use your insurance if covered or pay out of pocket at Quest’s self pay rates.
Lab Testing
QUEST DIAGNOSTICS
We partner with Quest Diagnostics to provide accurate blood work with fast, reliable results. If you have insurance, testing will be billed through your plan as covered. If you are self pay, you will pay directly based on Quest’s self pay pricing.
