Need a physical exam? We offer annual, school, and work physicals with a complete evaluation to ensure you are fit and healthy. We also complete required forms in a timely manner and can order any necessary labs as part of your workup to provide a thorough and efficient assessment.

Medical Clearance $300
Having surgery? We provide comprehensive pre-op evaluations, including physical exams, EKGs, diagnostic imaging and required lab work to ensure you are medically cleared and ready for your procedure. Lab testing is completed through Quest Diagnostics, where you may use your insurance if covered or pay out of pocket at Quest’s standard self-pay rates. Our goal is to ensure you are fully evaluated, safe, and prepared for surgery with everything you need in one place.

We partner with Quest Diagnostics to provide accurate routine blood work with fast, reliable results. If you have insurance, your lab testing will be billed through your plan as covered. If you are self-pay, you will pay directly based on Quest’s self-pay pricing.
