Liposuction foam is used in conjunction with your Faja. It is positioned over lipo treated areas to help evenly distribute compression and minimizes folds or creases. Additional benefits include reduced bruising and swelling and decreased waviness of the skin.

An ab board helps flatten your tummy post op liposuction, tummy tuck or postpartum. Constant use allows the skin to effectively reattach to the muscle & mold your body.

Helps to define and shape the lumbar area. Constant use prevents the retention of fluids in the lower area of the back.

We recommend wearing your compression garment along with ab board, back board & foams for a minimum of 3 months. For best results, 6 months to a year is HIGHLY suggested.

Used directly after surgery & provides minimal to moderate compression. The material is much softer/lighter which aids in swelling & healing of your skin from recent trauma. You will wear your stage 1 garment until you’re ready to transition to a stage 2 garment. Ideally this is 5-7 days post op.

Provides firm compression. Helps to mold & shape your body. The material has minimal stretch making it more difficult to put on & take off. Your stage 2 garment should be worn along with board & foams for a minimum of 3 months. For best results, 6 months to a year is HIGHLY suggested.

Adequate compression is key after healing from procedures such as liposuction. A garment that is too tight is just as bad as a garment that is loose. We offer faja alteration services to tailor your garment according to your individual measurements.

We recommend not sitting after a bbl for 4-6 weeks. During this time you can protect your newly transferred fat cells from potential damage by using our Derrière Pillow. Therefore, you can enjoy sitting comfortably without putting any pressure on your bottom.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) helps to move fluid by gently pumping it back into the lymph vessels. Without MLD, excess fluid can evolve into fibrosis (a permanent hardening of the tissue) or a seroma (pocket of serous fluid).

There are no set number of massages as everyone heals at different rates. However, it is suggested to get 1 massage per day for the first 7-10 days. After this, depending on how you’re healing, you may need a massage 2-3 times per week. Over time, you will notice that the need for massages will diminish & aren’t needed as frequently.

Absolutely! Our body contouring treatments improve the shape of the underlying tissue without surgery.
