Booking Policy
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. DEPOSITS ARE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE. REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID ON THE DAY OF YOUR FIRST SERVICE. WE DO NOT OFFER PAYMENT PLANS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Our booking calendar opens on the 23rd of every month for new patients. Existing clients has priority and able to book at anytime.
Rescheduling: If you would like to reschedule your appointment for another date, we require a 24 hour notice to reschedule without losing your deposit.
Late Fee: We have a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
Same-day cancellation or a no call/no show: New patients: Your deposit will be forfeited. Existing patients: You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Consultations: $100 fee is credited towards your service of choice & only valid for 30 days.
Post Op + Body Treatments
Each session is 45-60 minutes in total. This includes setting up, undressing and assistance with garments. If you’re scheduled for a mobile session, please be ready when our team members arrive. If you are currently receiving post op care with another provider, please finish your services there before beginning with us. Pictures are taken prior to all treatments to follow up with each client’s progress. All packages must be used within 6 months of date of purchase.
Location
Our studio is located at 188-08 Jamaica ave. Hollis NY, 11423. Free parking is located in rear of building. Our Mobile Spa travels to all 5 boroughs of NYC and Long Island.
Extra Guests
Additional guests including children and pets are not allowed to accompany you in treatment rooms or on our Mobile Spa.
Health Conditions
If you are currently under medical supervision for conditions such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, or diabetes, it is recommended that you consult your physician before booking any of our sessions. Body treatments are not advised for pregnant or breast feeding women.
