Body by Yashi – Policies

We’re a boutique medical practice focused on safe, high-quality wellness and recovery care. To keep everything smooth for both clients and providers, please review these simple policies before booking.

Payments & Insurance

• In-Office Medical Care: Insurance accepted (annual physicals, labs, medical clearance)
• All Other Services (Medical Spa & Post Op): Cash-pay only. Insurance is not accepted.
• Credit Card on File: Required to hold all appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged $50.
• All Sales Final: No refunds or exchanges on services or products.

Medical Care Office

• Comprehensive primary care focused on prevention, wellness, and same-day sick visits.
• Adults only (18+).

Medical Spa & Post-Op

• New patient bookings open on the 23rd of each month.
• Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice required.
• Late Arrivals: 15-minute grace period, then visit may be cancelled/shortened.
• Payment: Full payment is due at the end of your first session.
• Tracking: Photos may be taken for progress.
• Packages must be used within 6 months.

Mobile Spa

• Services are performed inside the van only.
• Adults only (18+).
• No extra guests, children, or pets.
• Operates seasonally (closed Nov–March except by special request).
• Weather may affect scheduling.
